Submission Guidelines:

ICTC 2016 invites the submission of original, unpublished research work (including position papers) that is not currently under review elsewhere. Authors MUST submit either a 6-page full paper for selected journal publication or a 3-page short paper via https://edas.info/N21811. The submissions should be formatted with single-spaced, two-column pages using at least 10 pt (or higher) size fonts on A4 or letter pages. The maximum number of pages is 6 for full papers and 3 for short papers. Please make sure that both full papers and short papers must be at minimum 3 pages in length. Detailed formatting and submission instructions will be available on the conference web site (http://www.ictc2016.org).

All Camera-Ready submissions must be submitted electronically, in PDF format and uploaded on EDAS. Please upload the camera-ready paper at EDAS by going to "My Papers" tab and clicking on the icon under the column "Upload" where the corresponding paper is located. The Camera-Ready submissions should be formatted with single-spaced, double-column pages using at least 10pt (or higher) size fonts on A4 or letter pages format. The maximum number of page is either 6 (full paper) or 3 (short paper). The camera-ready version for an accepted paper cannot exceed 6 pages. The conference full registration justifies publication of one paper up to 6 pages. For more than 6 pages, there exists an extra fee for over-length paper charge: USD 50 per page.

The ICTC 2016 has been approved by the IEEE Communications Society for technical co-sponsorship. As a condition of this technical co-sponsorship, proceedings publication in IEEE Xplore is required. To be published in the ICTC 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate and must present the paper at the conference.

IEEE Copyright Form Submission Instructions:

Along with the final camera ready paper, the authors also need to submit a signed IEEE copyright form. Use the form at

Please upload a scanned copy of the signed copyright form at EDAS by going to "My Papers" tab and clicking on the '(c)' icon under the column "Copyright Form" where their paper is located.
